I donāt think there was an adaptation of the movie in any of that, it was just comics that inspired the movie.
I remember because I got that in a mini version when I first got the movie on DVD.

Ironically, he was created by Sam Hamm, who intended to use him in the script for a certain other Batman movieā¦
