I I have been binging young justice and I love Roy Harper. Does anyone know any good comic storylines for him because I can’t find any standalone comics for him. Any suggestions?
I haven’t read them in quite some time, but I remember Arsenal and Justice League: The Rise of Arsenal as being entertaining reads.

You could read The Titans from 1999 and its successor The Outsiders from 2003 for some great arsenal stories. Rise of Arsenal is basically taking a character and knocking him down past his lowest point, not exactly good for someone just starting to get into Roy Harper.

Lol. I recently started red hood and the outlaws new 52 after I finished Batman under the red hood and red hood lost days. I am now on red hood/arsenal and will move on to rhato rebirth
