[In a comic written in 2099]
Mike rolls in on his hover round breathing heavily looking at his father’s grave. To his left is his still 16 year old stepsister
Star: I miss him. I wonder what getting older is like?

It’s been a while since I read it, but I thought Courtney was a little older during the New 52 with Justice League of America and then Justice League United.
Nope, she is 16 then. It is mentioned many times, and she makes a minor deal about being too young to vote.
Okay, fair enough.
Between her stories in Infinite Frontier and this book, it’s a good time to be a Stargirl fan.
I hope we can see her in a more prominent, ongoing role at some point.
She has not had one since Justice League United.
Indeed. That started out well and ended…not so well.
I’ll be grabbing this one for sure.
I hope this special will lead into a series. It’d be great that she can finally have a own title role as Stargirl instead of Stars & S.T.R.I.P.E, which I still do enjoy reading that.
Looking forward to it.
This looks fun!
Stargirl comics are normally very fun or very dark. No middle road.
Maybe the 8th soldier is Sylvester and he comes back to life after 33 years being dead.
Always hopeful for Jack Knight.
Happy to see Geoff Johns still working for DC.
