They’re taking the idea of Amalgam Comics (mixing 1 character from DC and 1 from Marvel to create a new character) and seeing what that might look like if it was tried again today. Here, they mixed Marvel’s Thor with DC’s Shazam.

Honestly, I’m a little disappointed. Yes, it’s super obvious, and yes, it makes sense, I just hoping for something a little more “outside the box” for each of these characters rather than just fusing them together.
Costume’s pretty cool, though.

I agree with the Iron Bat disappointment. There are already a few versions of basically that same thing in DC.
In Kingdom Come, both Batman himself and Steel had suits that were very similar.
Hellbat armor too.

We got FOUR today!
Feels like the Luthor/Loki combo is trying a little too hard with the name, but “Amy Rage” is just awesome! (in that she sounds like a character from a 90s arcade fighter game)
