I have 21 of the variants so far and hope to one day complete the set. My favorite is the Bulletproof Comics Gabriele Dell’Otto Variant (Christopher Reeve Superman sitting on The Fortress Throne).

I only have the ten that came in the bundled pack. I plan on buying the rest but just haven’t yet.
The hardest one to get seems to be the Vs. Zod cover. Ebay has a few for fairly decent prices. We both should probably jump on that before theyre gone.
I didn’t realize that Jim Lee tour version was going for so much.

I have the virgin Dell’Otto, the regular, and the 1980s variant. The Dell’Otto is amazing and I am hoping to get it graded soon. The one with Rogol Zaar variant
is the most valuable I think.

@DarthTravis the Jim Lee Rogol Zaar is one of the most valuable. But the VS. Zod variant is the most from I’ve seen. It’s also the hardest to get, the “holy grail” of the bunch

I have a friend of mine who used to work for DC as a finisher and specialized in fixing artists’ Superman S’s. Thanks for sharing that variant comic. It’d be a cool gift for him.

I don’t collect comics, but I did purchase the Deluxe Edition, which includes all the variant covers as an extra. My favorites are the Jim Lee main cover and the Lee Bermejo & Jason Fabok variants.
Oh and between those 2 I’d go with the Nicola Scott
