It’s on hiatus because they are still finishing the second half of Young Justice. They’re going to air YJ’s second half at the same time as a DC Original live action show, so I doubt it’s going on a break for Doom Patrol. I remember one of the YJ creators saying on Twitter that they were still animating episodes.
