Yeah Penguin appeared in one episode with Felix Faust in Season 8.

I don’t care for Season One myself. It felt more like an educational show. What did the villians do wrong and what should they have done instead. Once Season 2 came around it was actual super hero stuff and the show was fun. And the Wonder Twins were epic.

Very familiar. I watched every Saturday morning, and I own all the seasons on DVD.
2. Did you find yourself ever rooting for the villains?
No, I must admit, never did that.
3. What were some of the best moments in these issues for you?
In the first three issues? I liked that we actually saw Wendy & Marvin being trained. I don’t recall that actually ever happening in the cartoon.

I enjoyed finding out that Marvin White was the son of the original Diana Prince whose identity she gave to Princess Diana.
I recall finding the tv show origin for Giganta to be rather different and that the superfriends comic did not go along with it at all
