Abilities: Ability to borrow things without returning them. Somehow getting away with borrowing millions of dollars and expensive jewelery without anyone batting an eye.
Backstory: Criminal nare do well with a history of borrowing things without returning them which he has done since his childhood and has seemingly not stopped since due to seemingly nobody ever actually calling him out for it.
Making a living out of grabbing whatever he wants and walking off with it, even taking out loans without any intention of ever paying them. Borrower was a thief who always left I.O.Us at the site of his crimes.
