So we’re all thinking this is after Hippolyta agreed to let Diana start training, right? I’ve seen complaints that this contradicts the first movie, though I don’t think that’s the case.

This is definitely after Hippolyta agreed to her training. It’s why Antiope was teaching her the lesson she learns later on. IMO.
