Ok so as a kid I couldn’t afford comics the ones I had we’re mostly hand me down marvel the cartoon aspect appealed to me but as I grew I stopped my interest then when I was deployed a friend sent me rien in hell a stunning tpb I asked him to send me more lol he sure did from hellblazer to the blackest night then 2 years ago when I got sick my local comic book shop brought mu subs to the hospital and other reads like the boys and sandman it got me through my treat me the adult themes and deepness of those books carried a scared man through hell thank you DC coliseum of comics and my collective comic nerd family
