I was thinking of John Schneider from Smallville and Dukes of Hazzard, he may be to old to play the role, but if Booster Gold was made in late 80s to early 90s, I think he would have been great at playing Booster Gold.
As I was typing this, I think Chris Evens (Captain America) would make a great Booster gold.
