Sure, the DC Trinity can be used as a marketing gimmick. But i would argue that the trio is still an important symbol

I swear I saw a similar discussion pop up in let’s talk about anything DC and I was researching on what’s my favorite trinity. Saw my old topic online, but thought “why bring it up, doesn’t seem relevant, does it matter?” Than you brought it up again. 
The dark trinity is pretty damn great. Although I also consider the Birds of Prey (Huntress, Black Canary, and Batgirl) as iconic.

I have been working on a trinity according to purely the box office. By the most simple account that means My best buddy is out and Aquaman is in.
Inherently contradictory, as I am very close to my bats.
My cave is full of bats. His is full of “solitude.” I have 50 gazillion surrogate children. Clark dumped his actual cousin in an orphanage.
