Not really fussed but assuming it’s average comic book Oswald and not the one from The Batman cartoon who apparently is an overweight midget who can still put the US Olympic Gymnastic teams to shame, but Bruno has access to his New God tech, I’d say hands down easy it’s the Metropolis gangster.
