Does Deathstroke have a power I’m unaware of? Or are we just assuming he’d win the poll unanimously so we left him off. 
Based on the characters listed it’s definitely Amanda Waller. She doesn’t want to take over the world, she’s not insane and she’s not bent on destruction. She’s just a tough, iron-willed, stubborn, cold hearted ***** who does it because it’s her job and because she can.

The ability to always lose to me. The ability to become consumed by jealousy because Madame Mantis like me more. The ability to fail at art so bad it nearly gave Madame Mantis a stroke and early death giving him the nickname “Strokedeath.”
