I’d go with All-State Insurance footing the bill(s), if for no other reason than actor Dennis Haysbert is their spokesman.
Haysbert is no stranger to DC, having done voicework for:
• Superman: The Animated Series
• The New Batman Adventures
• Static Shock
• Justice League
So, given that All-State has a DC voice actor on their payroll, I’d let them have the gig(s).
