Most favorite I would have to say the Green Arrow just because of his archery skills. 
Least favorite I would say Ambush Bug for obvious reasons.

This is hard, especially if it counts all leagues, that means so many members to choose from!
I will say my favorite is probably Elongated man (though there are a ton of more favorites I have, Elongated is one of my favorites in general)
And least favorite is actually harder, cause I can’t really come up with a league member I don’t like, so I don’t think I can answer that at least for now.
