They’re not legally married, but they sort of committed to an “informal” marriage at the end of Tom King’s Batman run. Batman and Catwoman of Earth-2 have been married since 1977.

Now catwoman is my secend favete dc charecter of all time, but she is not my favete batman villian because i like her best is a antihero, not a villian but than who is my favete batman vilian, good old harvey, he is just such a tragic villian!
