Since Jason Todd was a mentioned Easter Egg in Harley Quinn season 2, I think it would be neat if he made an appearance in a future season. I’m saying that he has to join the cast, but since he is involved in Joker’s history that Harley might have been involved in (it depends on the version) I could see Red Hood popping up and… maybe fighting with her or against her depending on the situation, but I wouldn’t want him to stick around, just show up for an episode or two.
As for the voice actor… I would want Troy Baker

Not bad. Coulda done without the Batsignal though. But sadly we will not get a good Nightwing live-action film. It’ll be more dArK, gRiTtY, and eDgEy BS trying way too hard flailing its arms about in search for attention just like the DCEU and HBO Titans. The only hope for good Nightwing content on a screen is in animation since that seems to be the only medium DC can produce good work on these days. And even that won’t happen if the Batfam is involved in any capacity cuz then they’ll just nerf him so the Batfam can rescue him and help save the day together. The only hope is complete solo animated projects and on a scale of 1-10 of that ever happening (1 being least likely and 10 being most likely) it’s a solid 1.
