I Batman had enough time do look into Thanos’ psych, then he could probably get Thanos to not use the Gauntlet. If Thanos knew what he was dealing with though, he could probably take out the league.
As for JL v Avengers, I really don’t know. The Avengers have a Hulk, but the Jla has a Batman.
