Where to start reading Wildstorm comics

I have never read any Wildstorm but I have met a few characters through things like Futures End, Greyson, Convergence, etc. Where would be a good place to start learning more about this new side of DC so I stop being surprised every time great characters pop up half-way through Batman and Robin Eternal?
