Batman first meets Catwoman in Batman Number one, then in batman number 404, then in Catwoman vol 4 number 1. However, the first time he ever meets Selina Kyle, who was going by Elva Barr in batman 15 at a beauty pageant. It would be fun if the long Halloween used this reference to the golden age.
