Batman of Shanghai is the best from a standpoint of pure animation quality, but the one I think about most is “Tales of Metropolis: Lois Lane.”

I’ll have to say New Teen Titans. If Teen Titans GO! had been more like those shorts, with solid character-based gags and respect toward the series that it took so many design cues from, maybe people wouldn’t have hated it so much.
