I’m excited for all the archives vault comics this month! Please keep those every week until we have all issues here. And of course adding a Detective Comics, Action Comics, and the original Batman series comic each week too would be great.

I was really excited for Adventure Comics but why are the being released incomplete. Only the lead story is there and the back up story is missing. In issue 282 the Aquaman back up is not there. An issue 283 the Congorilla story is missing. When they release incomplete books, they never go back in and fill in the missing stories. I would much rather a book not get released rather than be released without all the stories, and wait to get the book once all the stories are ready.

That is weird. Usually when they don’t include all stories it’s because the backups were reprents, but at least according to DC Wikia that doesn’t seem to be the case. Also weird they would snub an Aquaman story this close to his movie when interest would presumably be up. I do agree while I have accepted reprints are just not going to be included every time, if it isn’t a reprint they shoudl be archived too.

The primary stories were probably scanned/digitized for character specific collections, so the back-up stories were not digitized as they weren’t included in said collections.

Question - the last five issues of Superboy: Man of Tomorrow had the 6 page stories from the Round Robin contest, and last month’s issue promised that we’d get the Hawkman and Hawkwoman 6 page story - but there’s nothing there in today’s issue. Can you give us an update on the situation?

I can see the Hawkman and Hawkgirl story on the site and in the IOS app the thumbnails show the pages but when I try to read those pages the JL/Godzilla pages are there instead and repeat when the pages in the thumbnails that show them are opened. I am guessing that the answer to this will be “clear your cache”, but since I have not been able to access the MY DC tab in the app for over a year, I can’t clear my app without deleting and reinstalling the app which I don’t want to do. (And I have sent in multiple tickets and even thought it was working for a day or so but the app started freezing again.) Does anyone know if the cache will eventually throw out the old pages?

I should add that I managed (after having the app freeze and close multiple times) to clear my cache. Then after about three minutes where I couldn’t see the home screen or any comics even when i went through search or my history, I finally got the Hawkman and Hawkwoman pages on the IOS app. (I’m not sure that it’s not my phone causing some of these problems.) Anyway it should work on the app now too.
