Year of the villain has started with “The Offer.” Though we don’t know WHAT the offers are, each Year of the VIllain Tie-in will end with Lex showing up and saying he was an offer.
Harley Quinn’s Offer is told through a comic within a comic. Harley just says I’m ready to find out what it is.
Jericho also received an offer to join the Legion of Doom.
Either way, Lex is offering villains what they want. So what offers do you want characters to get.
