I want an Elseworld where creators have as much time as they need to tell their story. Every issue has to sellout or the creator has to come out of his pocket for the shortfall.
This wouldn’t be for everybody, but some names could sell anything

I’d like to see a Batman '66 Year One series.
It would show Batman wearing the prototype Batsuit
It would show Gotham being overrun by criminals who are taking advantage of an even more inept Police Force than what was on TV
We’d see the installation of the Bat Hot-line, the establishment of the Parachute pick-up service, and maybe the answer to the age-old question

Harley Quinn becomes Scarecrows sidekick instead of Jokers. She uses her skills with psychology to improve the use of the fear toxin. When she succeeds scarecrow and takes his mantle, she find a way to utilize other emotions like Anger, Depression, etc…
-instead of Scarecrow, she becomes Psycrow Quinn. But everyone always calls her Psycho Quinn (which she really hates).
-She is more Doctor/Scientist than villain. She is more concerned with human behaviors under emotional toxins and stressful situations than being evil. She observes her “patients/victims” from the safety of her laboratory and never gets her hands dirty.
[example- a Bank Teller who suspects that his boss is having an affair with his wife. Then one day the Bank Teller’s car is stolen. While while walking to work, the Teller is jumped and knocked out. When he wakes up he goes to work and gets fired for being late. Then he goes home and kills his wife. The police investigate the crime and close the case blaming the Teller for the crime alone. However when Batman gets involved he find that Quinn orchestrated the teller getting jumped, and his car getting stolen, and dosed him with both a paranoia and anger toxin that set the Teller off.]
-Quinn is not as acrobatic or physical but her intellect is on the level of Batman and Riddler.
-Batman never catches Quinn in the act, because of her intellect. So Batman’s battle against Quinn is proving the innocence of Quinn’s victim.

Bruce Wayne parents are never killed. Bruce Wayne gets married and actually has three boys; Richard, Timothy, and Jason. Then one day while out enjoying a family outing, Martha Wayne, Bruce Wayne, and Bruces wife are killed but the three kids were left alive (Thomas Wayne was working and not there). Richard tried to save his parents and by tending to their wounds, Jason chased the murderer off and saved his brother, while Timothy was still too young to do anything but watch.
-Years later, Richard and Jason learn of the League of Assassins and set off to learn to fight. Timothy (who never felt the pain of loss) continues to go to school, then college, then takes over Wayne enterprises. Leaving Richard & Jason to become Batman and Red Hood.
-While Batman still fights crime without killing, he never stops Red Hood from killing as long as the criminal is a repeat offender.
-Red Hood is a killer, but he only kills repeat offenders. This is because the person who killed his parents and Grandmother was a repeat offender who Jason believes should have been killed. If it is a first time offender, Red Hood beats the criminal but let’s him go, Red Hood says he is being merciful but Batman knows that Red Hood secretly wants then criminal to break the law again.

I’m hoping they would make a sequel to “Distant fires” where we see Bruce kent land on a planet, but here’s the kicker, in this planet everyone has powers expect for bruce so he has to learn to live in a planet where he isn’t a superpower being among super powe being.

I would actually read the heck out of that, and I’m not typically a fan of the Bat-family stuff.
And then what? Immediately dies because he can’t withstand the harsh conditions on Krypton? Grows up to be a scientific genius and saves Krypton from destruction? Grows up resentful of Kryptonians for treating him like an outsider and uses his natural scientific genius to rule as a tyrant? Ends up bottling Kandor himself? What’s the story?

Aeons ago, as the Maltusians are studying the nature of the universe, they decide that magic is too dangerous to be left to its own devices, and seek to control it to bring peace to the universe. Gathering all the mystical energies they can find, they create the Starheart, whose powers they learn to master by refining them with the green light of willpower.
Earth, 20th century: Veteran Lantern Alan Scott is training new recruit Zatanna Zatara in using the green flame, when suddenly they are attacked by an old enemy – exiled former Lantern Teth-Adam. Adam has discovered a new source of power in the form of chaos magic, which he intends to use to spread fear across the land and rule over the survivors.
The battle eventually leads to Oa, where the Green Lanterns and their Guardians seem to gain the upper hand. This was Teth-Adam’s plan all along, however. Revealing one of the Guardians’ greatest secrets, he pulls the wizard Nabu – the source of the Lanterns’ seemingly endless supply of magic – from the Starheart. With a bolt of lightning, Teth-Adam summons a mystical sword of jagged, yellow magical energy, and impales the wizard straight through the heart. The Green Lantern Corps are severely weakened. Will they find a way to defeat the evil Lantern, or is this the end of the Corps as we know it?

(First off great user name.) Second, great ideas. I specifically like the idea of super/joker amalgam. A couple of my all time favorite covers are Joker in supermans costume. I made a lego mini fig of that with a spare joker and superman minifigs.

Kal and Kara are sent to Eternia to be raised by King Randor and Queen Marlena. Prince Kal grows up to be Super-Man who defends Castle Grayskull from the evil forces of Skeluthor. (Lex Luthor and Marlena are astronauts from earth. Lex fought off the influnce of the Antilife equation thus becoming a walking dead man…)
Kara’s ship is taken by The Dark Horde Empire and raised by Granny Goodness to become Force Captain. Only when she is confronted by The Source does she learn her history and fate…When kara holds alof her magic sword and says “fir the honor of Grayskull” she becomes She-Woman: Princess of Peace!

Once eons ago Darksied and Hordak merged into one being since there evil equaled each other knowing there would be no end to conflict between them. In an elseworld where Bruce, Clark and Diana stayed dead, permanently cripple and depowered in the 90s. Azrial, Eradicator and Artemis continued to be a new, more leathal trinity. Paralax, huntress and Orion joined them in a new truly EXTREME JUSTICE LEAGUE! Aquaman and Hawkman stay on the JLE and keep them from going truly evil and secretly work with Amanda Waller via Task Force X under the Clinton administration. They also keep the lines of communication open with old “superfriends”…depowered, Diana Prince becomes a secret agent working with Waller. She assumes the identity of Huntress and has secretly playing double agent.
Martian Manhunter, Wally, Kyle, Plastic Man and Steel, Aztek and Zurial Barda and remaing JLI would resist as the JUSTICE LEAGUE AMERICA.
Green arrow and Black Canary’s sacrife to stop Hal’s plan. Hal is remorseful and jump ship and turn the tide in the battle before reaching a near watchmen level 9/11 like false flag disaster changes the world forever. (The weaponization of Captain Atom in a very public fight with Shazam, which would lead to an justice lord/injustice like timeline with one of the trinity as The Monarch in 2001!)
Hal realizes nobody should have as much power as him.
He recreates the central battery, places it on mogo and forges a new ring with his last breath “green lanterns’ light” as it finds Kilawog who did not die in the Emerald Twilight afterall…
Donna Troy becomes the new Wonder Woman.
Diana becomes queen of Paradise Island.
Dick Grayson becomes the new Batman.
Bruce Wayne becomes Oracle since Barbra began walking and began to train Cassandra Cain who will become a new flamebird.
A new, little more optimistic age of younger heroes help a superboy to eventually become the new Superman for a new, little less Crisis filled millennium.
Meanwhile in heaven, we see Superboy prime and Jason Todd at a picnick with Earth 2 lois lane and Superman, and post crisis superman, hal, ollie and black canary and we see something we never seen, The spectre smiling.

Man if the timing was just a little bit better between Knightfall, Death of Superman, and Artemis becoming the new Wonder Woman, DC would have DEFINITELY done this back in the 90’s.
I can just imagine the three of them sitting in the Watchtower as Jean Paul goes into another one of his “episodes” with St. Dumas, then gets a grip on reality and has to play it off like it was nothing

A world where Dr. Harleen Quinzell is never seduced by the Joker but instead after her residency at Arkham becomes an FBI profiler for a short time before becoming a detective in Gotham City where she works with Dr. Pamela Isely a leading expert in forensic botany and DNA. In this world Det. Quinzell prevents Barbara Gordon from being shot and crippled by Joker and keeps in from escaping Arkham and thus prevents the death of Jason Todd.

Yeah and Flamebird and Nightwing would be non powered vigilantes along side Super-Luthor’ Justice Legion to stop the evil Kal-El who wants to destroy krypton for the humiliation his father received for being “the end is nigh” guy. Kal-El teams up with brainiac to create the League of doom.

yeah and Victor and Nora Freeze are lab geeks who specalize in preseving evidence in cryogenics.
Kirk langstom could be the lab geek DNA guy.
Edward Nigma is a detective who specalizes in quirky criminals who play mind games.
Former professor Crane could be a social worker.
Harvey could still be DA but is secretly a crimeboss on the side.
Oswald Cobblepot is just a really decent guy and a really good mayor.
Croc is a local hero and could even be a member of the JLA
Bane is a community organizer and another local hero to the at risk youth. A mr. T “eat your vegetables and respect your mother” type in a luchdor mask who often wrestles with “killer” croc at community wrestling matches.
Maxie zeus, King Tut more wrestlers.
“Black Mask” could be another wrestler and owner of gym.
Ras and Talia could be philanthropist family community board members who are focused on revitalizing blighted urban decay.
Falcone would be city councilman. Whatdo you call the guy in charge of money?

They whould all be full of quarks and uniqueness, but with thier intergration of thier traits as upstanding citizens, and nobody to kick em while they are down, they never break bad.
Give them every opertunity to fail, but with medications and excellent mental helth profesionals, they are model citizens dealing with rEAL WORLD stresses.
Frack, perhaps batman really is a badbuy who just pushed people over the edge on thier worst days…

A world where Steve Trevor never crash lands on Themyscira but the Batplane piloted by a badly wounded Batman does. As the Amazons heal him they learn of his vow to battle crime and protect the innocent and are very impressed. So much so that Hippolyta allows Diana to take Batman back to Gotham City and aide him. There, as Bruce convelsces Barbara and Alfred help Diana. Due to her height and extra padding in the uniform she can pass herself off as Batman, using a rebreather to cover the lower half of her face. She also has a voice changer in the mask to sound more like Batman.Now she deals with everything Batman would only using her lasso and enhanced abilities.

Yeah it was something i played out alot with my hasbro and DC Direct figures as a teenager in the late 90s early 00s. They never made enough villians so, i took my cue from Hal being Paralax and ran with heroes fighting hero.

Thats an amazing premise. Id read the hell out of that. And im not much for military comics! I like how you have brucebas basically snake eyes from gi joe.
I would call it the “just us leage” because nobody would want to be deployed alongside them.
You could really contrast them against other battalions like how efective Easy Company, how reckless Task Force X aka the Suicide Squad is. They would be something the new recruits “teen titans” look up to, just like they admire and learned from the old timer JSA WWII vets.
Of cours they would be korian war and vietnam era while in active duty.
