The JLE Annual may make it, as Jones was a co-writer on it with Giffen.
And the issue of JLQuarterly he co-wrote with Giffen is available.
And, yes, we better get that annual as it’s not Gerard’s book. It’s part of the Giffen & DeMatteis run.
They can take and burn all his JLE issues after #36, but leave the Giffen/DeMatteis run alone.
Take a marker and mark out his name if you have to.
Small update this week, with only seven comics added.
Digitized this week:
America vs. the Justice Society (1985) #4
Deadman (1985) #7
Detective Comics (1937) #371
Doctor Mid-Nite (1999) #3
Hourman (1999) #5, 6
WildCATS (1993) Special #1
With America vs. the JSA and Deadman ending, we should see a couple new titles starting next week.
Sorry it wasn’t more, but glad to see America vs The Justice Society is now complete. And sure a lot are glad to see they are continuing to add Silver Age issues of Detective Comics.
Just speculating but they added #2 of Lois Lane last week and #1 three weeks ago. If they continue that trend Lois Lane #3 could be added next week. Of course at that rate it would take them years to complete the series, but it seems they will go further then #2 before they move onto something else.
Sorry for the delay. New comics came in later than usual and sleep dragged me away.
Just added to DCUniverse:
America vs. the Justice Society (1985) #4
Deadman (1985) #7
Detective Comics (1937) #371
Doctor Mid-Nite (1999) #3
Hourman (1999) #5, 6
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find WildCATS (1993) Special #1.
Comixology has it listed as part of the 1992 series, but it’s not showing there on here. And I didn’t find it by doing a search.
If I find it, I’ll update.
That is a good list of comics being digitized, but agree hope it won’t become the norm. Not sure they would slow it down because of DCU though. I don’t know exactly how it works, but they sell those so would seem DCU or not permanently slowing down the number of comics released would cost them money.
Yeah, it’s possible that they made a plan for the month and didn’t realize there were five weeks until last week and split it into two.
Fingers crossed that it’s back to normal next week.
Yes… I started out as mysweetroxie, which was based on my roommate’s e-mail since he initially subscribed to service as a surprise.
After I discovered I could change it, I went with one of my regular ‘internet’ names.
