The Flash open world game almost happened back in the 360/PS3 era. It was coming along nicely and looked great. Theres great footage of it, hit that link and see.

Catwoman would be a good character for video game. Sneaking, climbing, and hand to hand fighting are all pretty common in popular video games like Assassin’s Creed.
