I’d say go. The point of the two person team is that the game doesn’t stall for too long. You can give him more turns when he’s back.

Same goes for the special attacks. If it feels like a good time to use it, go for it.

(Bizarro’s special attack is actually really good in the early game. You can take out a bunch of 2HP enemies.)
