Check out the Tamaran storyline from New Teen Titans (Volume 1), which ran from issues #23-#25 and Annual #1. If you want classic Starfire, this is the story to read. The story introduces Blackfire and guest stars the (underrated) Omega Men.

I’m a fan of her solo run from 2015, part of DCYou. Really beautiful art by Emanuela Lupacchino, and very fun writing from Connor and Palmiotti.

You could try fan fiction. Most of the stories are turkeys, but there are some gems to be found.
