So I was reading the Batman dark detective miniseries by Steve Englehart. I’m not sure if it’s cannon or supposed to just be a sequel to his old Batman run.
In the series he is wanted by the police and they have a shoot to kill order on him. I don’t know why this would be unless I forgot something. Can anyone fill me in?
