I have been a Jason and Dick fan for the longest and like Damian but I would like to get into Tim Drake. Any reading recommendations?
Knightfall. Just a great story and must-read anyway but it’s where I first appreciated Tim Drake.
Red Robin
I first started to really appreciate Tim Drake pretty late, in James Tynion’s stories. I’d recommend starting with DETECTIVE COMICS (2016).
If you want to start at the start of Tim’s career, Here’s a short list

Thank you guys! I’m trying out Red Robin right now. I might try Dixon’s run at some point
Here’s the reading guide for Tim’s notable early appearances:
Anything by Chuck Dixon with Tim was excellent.
I would say Chuck Dixon is the most underrated comic writer ever, nearly doesn’t get enough credit for the stuff he did for Batman and The Batfamily as a whole
Detective Comics #826! Joker kidnaps Robin and it’s up to Tim to find a way to stay alive. Excellent issue by Paul Dini and Don Kramer!
nice plot
