The panels done by Kenneth Rocafort for RED HOOD & THE OUTLAWS consist mainly of narrow shards as opposed to typical verts and horizontals. Is Scott Lobdell as writer scripting this or is Rocafort conveying how The Hood and his Merry Band see the world?

It seems to be Rocafort’s style more than anything.
He’s done the same in other series like Superman, Teen Titans (the second New 52 series) and Sideways.
