The Creeper was created by the late Steve Ditko who also created Question. I have been a fan of The Creeper since seeing the episode ‘Night of The Creeper.’ From the new Adventures of Batman. The episode first aired in October of 98. After seeing the episode I was a fan thinking he’s a good guy. Years later I heard he’s a bad guy. So is the Creeper both a good guy and badguy? It kind of reminds me of Catwoman that she’s both a villain and a hero, maybe Creeper is alot like her. So what you think, is he the good, the bad, or both?
I would call him an anti-hero but he is definitely on the good guys side most of the time he is presented.
