A perfect fit for Gotham Central’s panels was found with Michael Lark. Just enough realism paired with fittingly muted color tones. An instance where style truly supports the substance and vice versa.

I couldn’t have described the art any better myself. 
The desaturated color really does add to the tone, too. It’s such an interesting change from more vivid comics, and I love it. It almost reminds me of courtroom sketches at times, with is so fitting considering what the comic is about.

@zatanna Such a palette lends itself well to police procedurals. The quality of the writing on this title deserved the art matchup out of the gate.
