Season 11? How about season 2, which is confirmed for fall, no date I’ve seen.

Do you mean Titans the live action show or the Teen Titans cartoon that was on before Teen Titans Go? At the end of Teen Titans Go to the Movies there was a teaser showing the original TT cartoon saying they found a way back but not sure if that meant they were bringing the cartoon back or not. For Titans they are working on a season 2. I think it premiers in the fall.
The live action titans is coming this fall
