Swamp Thing - is the ending a cliff hanger or satisfying?

Wife and I are trying to decide whether to spend our time on Swamp Thing. That it have a satisfying ending is a must. We won’t waste our time only to be left hanging and the fact that they cut the original planned 13 episode season down to 10 gives us pause.

No details, please. Would prefer this not be a spoiler thread, but in general terms, does the series have a satisfying end or is it cut short leaving the viewer unsatisfied?

There is a fat cliff hanger at the end that bugged me(End credit scene type of deal), but for the most part everything is finished off well, and I would definitely recommend the series.
