Mario. When he jumps on your head, that’s an instant kill. Batman has no chance.
Mario. His humor would kill anyone 
they would team up. Be brave and bold together.
They both now a ton about the sewers & underground pipe systems. Batman could help Mario defeat Donkey Kong with occasional team ups from Luigi & Robin & save the princess. Mario & Luigi could map out the routes for Batsy & Boy Wonder to travel thru Gotham unnoticed.
