In my Suicide Squad series, I would put Conduit (Kenny Braverman) in Waller’s position because he’s ex-military and have Ra’s Al Ghul secretly financing the Squad. As for who I would put on it, these are my choices: the Reverse Flash (Eobard Thawne), Ocean Master, Talia Al Ghul, Klarion the Witch Boy, Scarecrow, Cyborg Superman, Star Sapphire (Fatality), and Maxima.

Talia, Maxima, Fatality, and star sapphire would be bad enough. Include Blackfire and Lady Shiva and you got a league of unstoppable femme fatales.
Blackfire and Lady Shiva are fantastic characters, @Samsonkillingtime, and would be great on a team of femme fatales. But, if you’re going to make a whole team of femme fatales, then you have to include the ultimate femme fatale - Catwoman. Also, Cheshire and Magenta (Francis Kane) would make great additions to an all femme fatales team too, don’t you think
