Lucy Lane’s sister is Lois Lane, who is married to Superman, who in Superman #666 was possessed by Lucifer, who solves murder mysteries with Ella Lopez.

There is no character by that name, so I assume you mean Arm-Fall-Off-Boy. Arm-Fall-Off-Boy is pals with Jimmy Olsen, who started a prank war in Superman’s Pal, Jimmy Olsen with Batman, who often reluctantly solves crimes with Harvey Bullock.

Batman sparred with Leonardo in Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, who met Grunge in Gen 13 #13B, who was in Gen13 with Rainmaker, who was in The Movement with Tremor, who worked for Lex Luthor in Secret Six, who’s the arch-enemy of Superman.

Shaggy helps take down Shadow-Thief in Scooby-Doo Team-Up #33 & 34 with Hawkman, who in another life in his cycle was Sky Tyrant.

Shadow Thief does fit with most Mystery Inc villains.

Made it:

The Heckler

Stanley And His Monsters

Preferably, without using major Justice League members. Or without using Plastic Man. (Sorry, Eel.)

Stephanie Brown was mentored during Batman Eternal by Eiko Hasegawa, who shared the Catwoman mantle with Selina Kyle, who was part of the Gotham City Sirens with Harley Quinn, whose crimes against continuity in Sam Humphries’ Harley Quinn #50 called Jonni DC back into action.

The Heckler is a patron of Warriors, which is owned by Guy Gardner, who was in the JLI with Mister Miracle, who helped recover the Dreamstone for Morpheus, who inherited the key to Hell from Lucifer, who had previously cast out Stanley’s Monster.

Joke Response- Jason Todd was mentored by Batman, who shot Darkseid, who works at a McDonald’s that Ambush Bug went to.

@HubCityQuestion are you still doing this?

Jason Todd went to the Fortress of Solitude in “For the Man Who Has Everything” and saved Superman, who Ambush Bug was created as an enemy for.

Billy Butcher was not “created by DC”. He was created by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, and published by DC.

Collapser once encountered Dracula, who exploded when he tried to bite Superman, who had an Eisner-winning conversation about America with Tommy Monaghan.
