So, this arc, maybe because it was openly last minute after Dixon was fired and FabNic came on really last minute and had to change everything, is incredibly incoherent. The storyline and motivations make zero sense from issue to issue, and there’s kind of a late 2000s teen sex edginess that just didn’t need to be there.
Also, FabNic has said on forums that he sort of saw Steph as a potential supervillain, which makes me personally quite irritated.
