So another question how do you get the title in the blue bar next to your name? Clearance Level Hero’s Helper?

Those titles come from one of two places - completing badges or joining one of our wonderful DCUI clubs. If you go to your profile and click the Badges tab, you can see the badges you currently have. To select your title, click the Preferences tab and scroll down to Title underneath the Account section; there you can select the title you want to use (if you have any). Not all badges award titles.
