I have returned to make your brain go POP!

If you don’t know how this works (why do I even bother?), every Tuesday I will be presenting you with a Riddle to challenge your puny minds. Remember the rules - No cheating or Googling. If you can answer the first riddle, a second will follow suit in the comments below.

Five suspects were questioned yesterday by Gotham City Police Department.
One of these people are suspected of killing a young boy in a failed bank heist.
Here is what each suspect said:

Harleen: Oswald is the murderer.
Ivy: Yes, it was Oswald.
Selina: Oswald is, without a shadow of a doubt, the murderer.
Joker: Ivy lied.
Oswald: Ivy told the truth.

Of these four statements only one is true. Can you help Jim Gordon identify the murderer?

The Joker’s statement has to be true because the other four are all in agreement. But who does that make the killer? Ivy, because she lied and the others could just be mistaken? That’s what I’m going with.
