Say what you will about Nightwing or Superman, but the best outdated '90s hairdo clearly belongs to Anton Arcane as seen in the first live-action Swamp Thing TV series, and played by Mark Lindsay Chapman.
Here he is with his best pal. Even Swamp Thing is in awe of that magnificent pile of hair.
