Fan Theory: Tracy 13 apprentice to Zatanna is researching her missions and goes to investigate the one involving Harm and Secret. When she visits Secret’s grave she find evidence Zatanna has been communicating with her. Zatanna reveals she thinks she can use Secret as a portal to pull Wally back. Its just a matter of the right spell at the right time. Her spell calls for Artemis but she is delayed so Zatanna substitutes Nightwing and makes changes on the fly but instead of Wally we get Jason.
