Redesign of Black Lightning (with actual black lightning)

I used a program called Photoscape X to redesign the Black Lightning costume and made it so that he shoots black lightning. The costume is now white and I made it so that the black lightning could pop a lot better. I brought back the afro and a mask similar to the original costume just for the fun of it.

Nice job! In the Young Justice animated series they also have Black Lightning shoot out black lightning, for anyone wanting to see this kind of thing in action. It seems like such an obvious design choice that it’s hard to believe it took so long.
