I love both characters…the both have a sense a humor, Joker having a twisted sense of humor though…I’m really intrigued about the match up. Love Plas, but pretty sure walks away with the W.

Not in the comics, but Plastic Man does fight Joker in the movie “LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes: The Flash”.

Closest thing I can think of is JLA #59. It’s not the Joker proper, but it’s from the Joker’s Last Laugh crossover, and Plas goes up against a Jokerized Doctor Polaris. And it’s fairly comprehensible without having read the rest of the story.
