Problems with watching videos

I am new here and I am starting not liking DC Universe. I am having problems watching videos here. I use a tablet to watch any videos. The video does not play and gives me some support message and video is not playing please try again later thing. I click on the support button and the support page does not give an option to contact support. I can’t play high definition videos. I can only play standard definition videos. Sometimes the video cuts out on me. Why can DC and Warner Brothers allow Netflix to show Season 3 as they did to both Season 1 and 2??? I love some help with this. Thank you for the help.
