Out of nowhere I remembered
this random character from something I’ve read and I know I’ve read it multiple times but can’t remember his name or what he was in.
All I remember was I believe he was a high ranking crime boss, I think he had scarred up cheeks, and eventually has removable razor sharp teeth. Most of his story takes place in a prison.
I’m thinking maybe it was Batman eternal but take that with a grain of salt.
Can anyone help identify the character?
