This Week’s Theme:
Happy Mother’s Day!
Mother’s Day fast approaches, so this week, as we at DC Universe send you and yours the warmest of Happy Mother’s Day wishes, we’d like to give everyone the chance to choose a shout out song for the lovely ladies affectionately known as “Mom” by some of DC’s well-known characters!
You’re free to pick a song for one, multiple, or all of the DC moms we’ve come to know and love, but don’t hesitate to share if you come across a special one you’d like to devote to your mom, wives, sisters, or other mothers in your life, as well! Make this a Mixtape Mother’s Day to remember by sharing your choices and reasons why below!
While lyrics must abide to Forum Guidelines, the songs can be anything, of any genre, as long as it meets each week’s theme!
Curious what Mixtape Monday is?
Every week, we’ll post the title of our latest Mixtape, and you post a track of your choice in the comments below! We’ll follow up next Mixtape Monday with the full list of tunes collected from the week before. And if our “What’s the Last Song You Heard?” thread is any indication, you all have superb taste in tunes!
