I was super excited to see this! They both seem great for the roles. Iā€™ve been excited about this movie since it was announced, and I only get more excited the more news comes out about it.

Very interesting! Rachel Brosnahan already played a Lois type role in Mrs. Maisel, sheā€™ll do great! I donā€™t believe Iā€™ve ever seen David Corenswet in anything but Iā€™m sure he will also be great.

Both new to me. I looked up their work, never seen any of it. Which works for me, assuming I do see the film. I can walk in blind more or less. Of course people are already ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  and moaning over this casting I dunno.

The thing for me isā€¦:sigh: Iā€™m getting old. More and more, noticing that the people they cast for my heroes are younger than me :sweat_smile:

Looks Superman-y enough to me.

At the risk of sounding nationalistic, and with no disrespect intended towards Henry Cavill, Iā€™m glad that Superman will be played by an American again. Having Superman be played by a Brit for the last 10 years never quite sat right with me. :sunglasses: :us:

HUGE fan of Rachel Brosnahan from The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Sheā€™s gonna kill it as Lois. Has exactly the kind of ā€œBrassy, Go-Getter Big City Dameā€ energy that made Superman fall in love with her.

Film has potential. Concerned since James Gunn is directing and Authority are going to show up in the film, but the casting seems good.
